Jai Hind! General Bipin Rawat India’s first Chief if Defence Staff CDS and his tragic demise in a Helicopter Crash recently has left a gap in India’s defence hierarchy. His legacy as a General and the reforms he had started like the Theatre commands for the Indian Armed Forces is something that needs completion.
