Jai Hind! Ukraine war has involved a very small element of the use of air power from both the sides. Many analysts attribute this to the restrictions which have been placed specially on the Russian military with regards to offensive attacks on Ukraine. Some questions do arise with regards to the changing role of air power specially when restrictions have been placed on the utilisation of the air power capacity. We in India also saw such restrictions being placed on the Indian Air Force during the Kargil war. Is there a need to rethink the changing role of AirPower.
