Jai Hind! Afghanistan since a long time in history has been troubled with wars and proxy wars. It is a country much in the news today because of the takeover of the Taliban regime after a 20 year war against terror. The country is a land of tribes and ancient traditions based on ethnic and ideological grounds. Today Islam plays a huge role in the countries outlook but it is also influenced by the Pashtun code. Today Afghanistan is between a time of turmoil and is pulled in between another great game which is being played out by the wold powers.
