There is a great debate on amongst strategic circles to speculate about the various options in front of he core committee of Vice Chiefs and Chief of Integrated Defence Staff. This committee has been formed to draw out an action plan for a way forward. The Indian Air Force has placed its reservations about its lower strength in terms of numbers.
