Jai Hind! Pakistan’s use of various terror groups to meet its goals is a well established fact. The government and the establishment have used”non state actors” as they call them to achieve ends not available to them conventionally. The examples are Kashmir, Punjab issues in Afghanistan etc.. These organisations now have a hold on the systems in Pakistan and are integrated within it. This is creating problems for them with the Taliban that the Pakistanis supported now becoming an issue with the Durand line, the TTP and the TLP which was used by Imran Khan himself has become a problem for him twice till now.
