Jai Hind! the current crisis in Ukraine has captured imaginations of the world back into the ays of the cold war. The similarities are quite obvious. We need to understand the historical perspective to make a judgement as to who is wrong in this context. Has Ukraine irked Russia or just being used as a pawn in this whole game. With the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan the Russians and the Chinese would be eager to test the American resolve. Will Russia attack?
