Jai Hind! Aatmanirbharta in Indian defence is something that India has been trying to work for sometime now. The recent events in Ukraine as well as the geopolitical status of the world gives us a lesson on being self sustain and specially in defence purposes. Indian defence in its Aatmanirbhar path has identified many and equipment which has been put into the negative import list and procurement of the same would be done within India itself. The requirement of future aircraft for the Indian Air Force along with artillery for the Indian Army is one of the prime focus areas for Aathmanirbhar Indian defence.
