    Why is China Disengaging from India

    Jai Hind! India China disengagement has made headlines in the recent days as an unexpected activity. Although this decision had been taken post to 16th round of the core commander talks, but the implementation has happened now. Why exactly and how is this connected with the SCO summit. Chinese leaders Xi Jinping is taking his first foreign trip after 1000 days as China seems to be concerned about the status of the COVID-19 pandemic within its country. Is this a sort of a discount which is being given by China towards India for it to be able to successfully negotiate this summit or is China actually running back from the border with India and we will see the resolution of the border question?

With the recent discussions over the Iranian JCPOA ongoing and the tensions within Syria this region of the world has again come into focus specially in the paradigm of security.     Is Pakistan Ditching China for USA? Aadi Achint

    Jai Hind! Recent events in Pakistan give us a hint about the changing perceptions of Pakistan with regard to their all-weather friend China. Pakistan has been working hard towards an IMF bailout which has seen quite a bit of resistance from the IMF as well as various different countries around the world. Pakistan was told to get some guarantees about the bailout itself. The recent floods in Pakistan have made a desperate situation even worse. The after effects of this lad I want to last for the next couple of years and for an already broken economy like Pakistan it will be far more difficult to keep its head above the water.     Pakistan A Country In Chaos.

    Jai Hind! A chaos called Pakistan has been existing for the past 75 years and has been at a point of delicate balance since its beginning. The current crisis brought on by economics as well as politics as well as an over extension of ideology within the region has brought Pakistan to a point of no return. The economic crisis in Pakistan goes from a loan for an interest and an interest for a loan. Politics concerning Imran Khan as well as the Taliban has created instability in certain regions of western Pakistan where the TTP has been rumoured to have taken over certain parts of the KPK province. Pakistani relations with the West as well as China have been strained without a plan in sight of any repairs.

    Decoupling from China has Begun

    Jai Hind! Decoupling from China has begun. The recent economic issues within China have brought forward issues with regard to trust. The constant threats of lockdowns, the raging covid crisis, the real estate crash in China are just the few issues that come forth. China is an export driven economy and with all these and many more issues that China faces are the basis of the decoupling from CHina. The Chinese economic crisis shows us the inherit weakness in the system which results in overall confidence about China.     Indian Weakness in Strategic Communication

    Jai Hind! The need for strategic communication in India has recently been felt in a large way when we realise that we are going up against adversaries who are far ahead of our capabilities in terms of communicating to protect India’s interests. We have seen in recent incidents that despite India being ahead in its action India fell short of communicating the same effectively both internally as well as abroad. Some examples in my opinion remain the surgical strikes, the India China stand-off, the Garhwal glass and many other such incidents. I discussed the need of setting up a central agency tasked with this responsibility. Strategic communication in India, Government communication in India, military communication in India, information warfare, narrative building, Indian interests, strategic communication.
